  • A 16% increase in agency revenue over 2016
  • The addition of 10 new employer group clients, an increase of more than 100% over 2016
  • The the loss of only one employer group client, only because they decided to stop offering employee benefits
  • Valuable referrals from my fellow trusted advisors in the ProVisors network, which resulted in two new employer group clients
  • Implementation of a hugely valuable agency management system that has greatly increased my organization and productivity
